The starter is called Bruce.

Three generations, one loaf.

Bruce was born in a Melbourne kitchen in 1998 and made the trip north when the shop opened. He gets fed twice a day and rests in the fridge like a cat.

Our flour is milled in the Riverina and delivered every Tuesday. Butter from the south coast, salt from Robe. Nothing fancy, just really good.
